Chovas spreadable with cream cheese and black pearls is a renewed and improved flavour made with our Spherika Gourmet black herring pearls. Ideal for canapés, on any kind of bread, or as an ingredient in sauces for pastas, potatoes, vegetables, and more. Chovas can also be mixed with crème fraîche to obtain a smooth fish cream, or used as a filling for vols-au-vent, sandwiches or croissants.
